Become a Certified Mental Fitness First Responder (MFFR)

Recognise. Respond. Act - with confidence.

Join a growing network of trained facilitators leading the way in proactive mental health support. As a Certified Mental Fitness First Responder, you’ll gain practical, evidence-based skills to recognise early signs of distress, respond with confidence, and help create safer, more supportive environments where people can thrive.

Strengthening Mental Fitness in Workplaces and Communities

A nationally recognised certification by Mental Fitness Australia (MFA), the Certified Mental Fitness First Responder™ (MFFR) program equips you with the knowledge and skills to provide early, effective, and compassionate support when someone shows signs of mental distress - without taking on a clinical role.

MFFRs strengthen mental fitness culture in workplaces, schools and communities through awareness, empathy and confident first response.
