The Certified Mental Fitness First Responder (MFFR) program, now officially approved by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), is Australia’s first certification designed to equip individuals and workplaces with practical, preventative mental fitness skills. Certified Mental Fitness First Responder™ – Certification Mark pending registration with IP Australia.

What We're Looking For
We’re now inviting expressions of interest from passionate professionals who want to become Certified Mental Fitness First Responders™. This program is designed for individuals who bring experience, empathy, and leadership to the growing movement for better mental wellbeing across workplaces and communities.

Successful facilitators will be licensed to deliver the MFFR certification program
EOIs for the first national intake close Friday, 14 November 2025. Early applications are encouraged - limited places available for our inaugural facilitator training in late November and early December 2025.
