ABOUT CARLA
Carla is the Founder of Connect Lead Achieve - offering HR expertise through outsourced support, coaching, training & workshops and specialised project work. Putting the human back into human resources is the heart of everything she does to support for-purpose organisations, including NDIS providers and community services.
With over 20 years’ experience across community, corporate and not-for-profit environments, Carla specialises in HR, leadership development and workforce capability. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: when you strengthen the people doing the work, you strengthen everything else. From team culture and leadership capability through to service quality and community outcomes. Carla focuses on what actually works in complex, human-centred environments, helping leaders and HR professionals navigate challenges with clarity, confidence and care.
Throughout her career, Carla has contributed to advisory boards and workforce initiatives, and was selected to participate in the Australian Mental Health Leaders Fellowship.
