ABOUT RACHEL
Rachel is a Licensed Mental Fitness Facilitator and Principal Advisor at The Planning and Practice Hub. She has spent nearly 30 years working in and alongside the Australian human services system in frontline roles, Senior Government Director, CEO and sector consultant. She knows this work from the inside.
Human services workers carry a weight that most workplaces do not ask of people. They make decisions that affect vulnerable lives, navigate competing pressures, and are often the last to ask for support themselves. Rachel has lived that reality and worked alongside people who carry it every day. Her facilitation starts there.
Her sessions are practical, honest and grounded in what human services work actually feels like. She gives people tools they can use when the pressure is real not in ideal conditions, but in the ones they actually face.
Alongside her facilitation practice, Rachel supports organisations through The Planning and Practice Hub to build the conditions that let their people sustain the work long term.
